Hello there, I’m Mandeep Singh, a UX/Product Designer and Customer Experience Strategist based in Vancouver, BC. With 4+ years of hands-on UX design experience across industries like healthcare, e-commerce, and logistics, I specialize in creating user-centered solutions that deliver real business impact. I have worked on major Projects for Zuellig Pharma a leading Singapore Pharmaceutical Company and GSK.

I recently completed my Masters in Business Association from University Canada West and I have a Bachelors in Computer Applications from IEC University (India), deepening my understanding of product strategy, design thinking, and customer-centric innovation. My background in both design and business allows me to bridge the gap between user needs and strategic goals — whether I’m crafting wireframes, building design systems, or leading usability testing sessions.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive MVPs, scalable product interfaces, and accessible digital experiences. I am a certified CSM, PMI-ACP and IBM Enterprise Design Professional. I’m passionate about solving real problems through design, backed by research, empathy, and collaboration.

Outside of work, I find inspiration in literature and philosophy — a few of my favorite reads include Beyond Good and Evil by Nietzsche, Notes from Underground by Dostoevsky, The Book of Mirdad, and On the Nature of Things. I also enjoy traveling and producing music — creative outlets that fuel my curiosity and inform my design perspective.
